It’s a new booklet available free of cost on demand. It’s a compilation of six articles written in
a period (July 2012 to June 2013) in which many disturbing things were
happening in the water sector of Maharashtra. The 60 pages English booklet
deals with canal irrigation, water audit, white paper on irrigation,
infrastructure & water governance, water laws, & drought in Marathwada.
Edited versions of these articles have been published in SANDRP (3 in magazine & 1 on blog), Down to Earth (on web site) & in EPW.
