With reference to above, it is requested to pl. give me Chief Controlling Authoritywise (Ref. Sec. 7 of MIA,1976) list of major, medium & minor irrigation projects where concerned competent authority has officially approved PIP of Rabi,2011-12 & Hot Weather,2012 based on following:

(1)    GR & letter under reference

(2)    Latest updated Tank Chart

(3)    Latest revised Capacity Table

(4)    Evaporation losses measured at that particular project

(5)    Reservoir & Conveyance Efficiencies measured in that particular 

 project

(6)   Non-irrigation requirement as per latest & officially executed agreements for supply of water for non-irrigation purposes.

It is also requested to pl. give me postal addresses, e-mail Id & phone number of all Chief Controlling Authorities in the State.
